Dr. Paddy Kemdi Njoku, the Chairman of the National Examination Council (NECO) Governing Board. He is a product of Ife Grammar School, University of Ibadan and Universite de Bordeaux and has chaired many organizations. For him, managing people, events, situations and challenges is a natural way of living. Paddy Njoku is a writer, publisher, public affairs policy analyst, media consultant, mediator, conciliator, negotiator and community leader.Â
He totally believes that success is an aggregate combination of talent, knowledge and effort. He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for AfriGrowth Foundation.
